Check-in at 4:00 p.m.

What amenities are included in my room?
Your room is equipped with soap and shampoo, as well as complimentary Nespresso coffee capsules. Other included amenities are: 55” LED TV, hammock, table for two, coffee maker, minibar, air conditioning and fan, safe, and teapot/coffee maker.
Do you have Wi-Fi internet?
We offer Wi-Fi in all rooms and common areas.
Do you have a restaurant on-site?
We currently do not have restaurant service available. However, you’ll find several dining options just a few steps away.
Do you offer airport transportation?

Is parking available?
No.
Is the hotel pet-friendly?

What payment methods do you accept?
MXN and USD. We accept credit cards and bank transfers.
What is your cancellation policy?
Cancellations are accepted up to 10 days before arrival. Outside of this period, a 100% penalty applies.
Do you have early check-in?
Available upon request and subject to availability.

Can I arrive outside of standard check-in hours?
We are pleased to welcome you at any time. If your room is ready, we will provide it immediately; otherwise, we will do our best to expedite the process and grant you access to our facilities while we prepare it.
